TRAINING PLANS
I create your training plans personally for you, tailored to your goal. I take account of all factors. Whether you want to train at home or in the gym it doesn’t matter. Additionally, I make sure to regularly adjust your plans to your progress. All exercises are explained with instructions on correct technique and safe execution through videos. Of course, real-time workout sessions for direct participation are also included.
NUTRITION PLANS
I create your personalized nutrition plans with precise food and quantity recommendations, along with unique and diverse recipes. These plans are tailored to your specific needs, goals, and dietary preferences. With numerous options for vegetarians and vegans, there’s something suitable for everyone.
CHAT SUPPORT
Personal interaction is very important to me and essential for achieving your goals. That’s why you have the option to send me a message, ask questions, or express concerns at any time using the chat function.
PERSONAL TRACKER
Thanks to the personal tracker, we always keep your goal in sight together. Through weekly updates, we can track your progress and ensure your path to your goal. With these updates, I have the opportunity to adjust your plans and provide support with your motivation and mindset.
ABOUT ME
At the age of 18, I turned my passion into a profession by starting as a trainer in a fitness studio and then pursuing a degree in Fitness Economics. Working with people has always been incredibly fulfilling for me, which is why I am even more excited to support each individual on their journey. Over the past 11 years, I have already helped countless people achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and experience a new sense of well-being!
Through social media, I have launched exclusive fitness challenges to help many people, even outside my community, and to share my knowledge and experience. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you!
