About this Challenge
We will join and support you on your journey to your dream shape with an effective video training program and weekly tips and secrets about fitness and nutrition.
This plan is suitable for both women and men with or with no prior fitness experience. The great thing about Shape Together is, that we’ve even developed a partner version. This way, you can work towards your goals together!
With Shape Together, we’ve incorporated every type of training. Whether it’s at home or in the gym, both options are available and you can choose the one that suits you best. You and your partner can choose different training programs, if you like. We also have a German and English version for you.
You can start the program whenever it suits you. Jake and I will start the program this Sunday 1.10 so we recommend to start together, however it is absolutely your choice. The training sessions in Shape Together are around 25 to 50 minutes long.
Shape Together is a program designed for beginners and those getting back into fitness. However, even advanced individuals will find it challenging.
